Job Description:

  • Permanent part time - 3 days per week

About the Role

You will provide crucial administration support to our busy service departments, including reception duties, processing accounts, producing reports and minutes and assisting with the booking of patient transport. This role offers extensive variety in your day-to-day, and also includes reception duties

  • Complete department administration functions, including overseeing accounts, generating reports, and processing purchase orders
  • Prepare regular and adhoc agenda/ minutes, reports, spreadsheets, graphs in line with departmental reporting protocols
  • Assist the GM in managing the department service contracts and agreements to achieve best pricing and service delivery
  • Assist the Patient Transport Officer to coordinate the daily non urgent patient transport bookings
  • Answer telephone and email enquiries

Classifications for this position will range from HS2 – HS21 ($66,768 - $73,811 per annum pro-rata)

  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a dynamic environment with competing priorities
  • Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain

About the Team

You will be a part of the Support Services team, which provide as a large and varied department operating across multiple locations within our Fitzroy St Vincent’s Melbourne campus. This position supports a variety of services including Cleaning, SSA teams, Patient Services Clerks, Food Services, Car Parking and Patient Transport.
