Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise all aspects of sales staff to ensure the sales processes are being followed.
- Provide coaching, feedback and direction to sales executives regarding all aspects of the sales process.
- Document coaching sessions and sales statistics for performance and performance management.
- Hire and terminate employees as needed based on performance management guidelines.
- Perform administrative duties as needed.
- Assist Director/Manager with mentoring and coaching Supervisor level. Being an additional resource for leadership to develop agents, team leads and supervisors for growth.
- Assist with new hire, ongoing and Academy level training and development programs ensuring a smooth transition from the training team to the production floor.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
Knowledge and skills
- Great customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Great organizational skills
- Detail oriented, accurate and thorough
- Solution oriented
- Thorough understanding of Wyndham Destinations Standard Operating Procedures
Technical Skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Noble
- Computer Skills Required
Job experience
- One year prior management or supervisory experience within the Call Center industry
- One year experience within the Timeshare industry
