Responsibilities:

  • Manage a fleet of approximately 30-40 drivers, overseeing their day-to-day operations as if running your own small business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with each driver, serving as their main point of contact for any on-road issues and ensuring their continued growth within the organization.
  • Communicate safety expectations to drivers to ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and promote safe driving practices.
  • Track freight to ensure on-time delivery within specified timeframes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet companywide initiatives and objectives.

Job Qualifications:

  • Relevant sales or management experience in the transportation industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achievement and success, with the ability to lead by example.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competitive mindset with a drive to succeed.

Job Requirements:

  • Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
