The Sales Director position has a primary focus on securing new business from large national users of final mile transportation services. USPack has an excellent final mile delivery network focused on high-demand geographies; a track record of excellent customer service; and a unique sweet spot of deploying B2B and residential delivery services at scale. All the trends of last mile delivery are driving the market toward us and our capabilities. We are the best kept secret in a high-growth, high visibility market. Sales Directors are proven sales pros in this space that can tell this story to existing contacts, capture our fair share of this growing market, move the needle on the top line, and deliver strategic value to our business. This position will be responsible for promoting and selling company services in accordance with sales policies and procedures, and in pursuit of established goals and objectives.

Shift Days: Monday-Friday
Shift Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM (Available to work extra hours, weekends, and holidays preferred.)
Pay Rate: $130,000 salaried plus commission
Work Location: Remote
Travel: On occasion up to 25%
