Brief Job Description

The role of a Reliability Operations Engineer is to support the timely execution of reliability stress test plans in the lab for new product releases, product revisions, manufacturing changes, and reliability monitoring. The Reliability Operations Engineer are responsible for making sure devices are stressed properly according to ADI internal and industry standards.

Qualifications/Skill Set

BS EE, ECE or Engineering related field

With 0-2 years semiconductor industry experience

Familiarity with industry standards, MIL-STD-883, JESD-47, JESD-94, J-STD-020, AEC-Q100, etc.

Technical knowledge on Board schematics, circuits, measurements, power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators and meters.

Possess continuous improvement mindset and motivated team player

Roles and Responsibilities

Supports set up qual and debug activities in reliability lab.

Responsible for reliability operations line sustaining and issue resolutions.

 Prepares program & test plan for reliability stress test such as HTOL, HAST, THB, ESD, LU, Reflow based on qualification plan requirement.

 Performs maintenance and calibration of reliability equipment.

Drives corrective actions & preventive actions across all hardware debug, verification & validation.

Coordinates procurement of hardware & spares used in reliability testing.  

Generate specs and its revision based on the result of bias setup qualification.

Coordinates the activities and workload of technician
