So what does a Finance Manager really do? Think of yourself as someone who will be responsible for leading the billing and invoice process, key partner for Client, Stakeholders related to invoicing, billing data, Project IDs and POs.
You will work closely with WFM, Ops & CS team for timely invoicing cycle, track invoices, TATs, Ageing/ Past dues, and PO availability and client queries. You will handle governance cadence with WFM & Frontier, contract governance, and liaise with the AR team.
As a Finance Manager, you will:
i. Lead the billing and invoice process across complex operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
ii. Lead processes to provide information to the client in a timely manner including, but not limited to: headcount, attrition, and hiring status.
iii. Engage in regular meetings with the client's Commercial Enablement team, analyzing status of supply fulfillment and to discuss insights, business updates, and risk mitigation.
iv. Key partner in change management and communications related to invoicing and billing data governance.
v. Understand and support the end-to-end tracking, auditing and administration for resources (headcount) across a complex global operation. vi. Provide timely responses to the billing and headcount inquiries. vii. Hold the team accountable to all requirements, deadlines and requests coming from the client's Commercial Enablement team
We’re looking for a Finance Manager with experience in the following areas:
Experiences in the ff areas:
Billing and Invoicing
Client communication
Contract governance
Good in excel formulas and reporting and google Apps
Workforce Management experience is a must (Headcount management - HC, Attrition, Hiring)
FP&A background is a plus
Experience in Forecasting and Invoicing tool is a plus

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
Certified Public Accountant
Advanced knowledge in Excel formulas and functions
Advanced knowledge in General Accounting best practices and Financial Analysis
Strong knowledge in International Accounting Standards
International exposure to different local GAAP, such as PH, US, MX, CO, IN, TW, JPN, UK, CA, GR and IR
Project management experience. Successfully designed and implemented a major project that resulted in process efficiency or enhanced controls
Presentation skills
8+ years of experience in any of the following roles: Finance & Accounting, Audit (Internal & External)
3+ years of experience in supervisory role
