Key Responsibilities

Primary responsibility is valuation modeling for acquisitions, divestitures, investments and joint ventures, including preparation of the following analysis:

  • Discounted Cash Flow
  • Market Multiple
  • Precedent Transactions
  • Accretion/Dilution

Develops base case and synergy case assumptions and projections in conjunction with business unit staff.

Prepares presentation materials for M&A committee, Investment sub-committee of Board and Board meetings.

Develops other ad hoc analysis (e.g. leveraged buy-out models).

Coordinates internal and external resources during due diligence.

Develops own view of price and value.

Supports deal execution including preparations, negotiations, diligence, and finalizing agreements.

Developed a partial understanding of structure options and contract mechanics.

U.S. Salary Range:

$106,000.00 - $146,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
