Levi's is looking for a Merchant, Men's Tops to join the US/Canada Merchandising team. As the merchant of premium men's tops, you will have full accountability of merchandising strategies for the premium market. You will brief and build product strategies and work to lead impactful assortments to excite our customers and enhance the brand. You are collaborative, product and consumer obsessed, and have experience with the apparel industry. You will report to the Senior Merchant of Men's US/Canada Tops.

About the Job

• Build and brief strategic assortments for the US and Canada markets
• Prepare and lead merchandise presentations to sales partners
• Recommend distribution and pricing strategies to promote clear segmentation of the marketplace
• Guide life-cycle recommendations to ensure sell through and productivity
• Build product training and sales tools
• Monitor sales performance and react accordingly
• Understand consumer and competitor landscape
• Identify opportunities in the business through market research and using consumer insight data
• Analyze business and category trends on an ongoing basis to ensure decisions are customer-focused and data-driven

About You

• Bachelor's degree preferred along with 3+ years of retail or merchandising experience
• Working knowledge of apparel merchandising and marketplace trends
• Financial skills
• Proficient in software applications: Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. We expect you in office 3 days per week, typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $92,000 - $135,000 per year. We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. We will base the amount a employee will earn within the salary range on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
