Job Description

What you need to know about this position:

• Use telephone and computer systems to resolve issues related to Mondelēz International DSD Delivery System.
• Accurately document and communicate key information pertaining to late drivers, refusals, profile updates, required approvals, and Master Data issues.
• Order entry and processing
• Processing of Pallet returns
• Credit adjustments
• Professional and accurate email management is required

• Proficiency in SAP-ECC
• iCare, Route Planner, inContact
• Thorough knowledge of Customer Service practices, philosophies, policies, procedures, functional needs and capabilities

 Education / Certifications:

• Associate’s degree Preferred

• Experience with email and computers
• Strong organizational skills

 Work schedule:

Monday through Friday 12 pm -8pm (with one day off during the week)

Saturday 6 am -2pm
