We’re looking for an Account Development Representative to partner with the Pattern PXM sales team. Pattern PXM is an AI-enabled software-as-a-service product within Pattern's ecommerce acceleration platform that allows brands to seamlessly organize, manage, and syndicate all of their product information and content. You will identify opportunities and engage with high quality brands, as well as facilitate progression from needs analysis and initial pitch to closing deals. You'll be supported by a world class team of marketers generating inbound opportunities for you to field, as well as have the opportunity to seek new prospects ‘in-the-wild’ including trade shows, calls, emails, social - the whole gamut. You can expect to receive valuable mentoring by a seasoned sales team including field activities as we accelerate toward our revenue objectives. This is a full-time role based at our office in Lehi, Utah.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field

  • Track record of hitting quota

  • Experience in phone sales and qualifying leads

  • Excellent written and communication skills - on par with enterprise executives

  • Creative thinker and problem solver

  • Highly organized and disciplined

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM

  • Previous exposure to media systems or marketplaces, specifically (but not limited to) Amazon

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Hubspot or other CRMs

This team is succeeding and surpassing their goals. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team and work tightly with the fast paced SaaS department which could lead to advancement based on your measurable contributions.
