Job Description

Job Summary:

The Benefits Management Specialist is responsible for administering and managing employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. This role ensures all programs are compliant with company policies, local labor laws, and industry best practices. The role will also serve as the point of contact for employee benefit inquiries and work closely with vendors, brokers, and internal HR teams to deliver a seamless benefits experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage the employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement, ensuring compliance with the company policy. Liaise with insurance providers, brokers, and third-party administrators to resolve claims or issues.

  • Process the benefit changes due to life events, new hires, and terminations.

  • Support employee queries on travel and medical benefits, including eligibility, coverage, claims, application issues, and system troubleshooting

  • Assist with the dependent data declarations from various sources such as Workday, Payroll2U, and AskPAC to ensure data consistency.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Open to fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
