Key Responsibilities
1.HR Operations & Program Administration
- Execute daily HR processes including background checks, onboarding, offboarding, attendance management, allowances, employee assistance programs, and other HR activities
- Manage statutory programs such as National Health Insurance, Labor Insurance, and Labor Pension
- Provide payroll‑related data including overtime, leave, allowances, and dependent information
- Assist in ensuring HR compliance with corporate policies, local labor regulations, and statutory requirements,
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready HR records and ensure process adherence across HR activitie, suporting internal and external HR audits, including preparation of documentation, data verification, and follow-up on corrective actions.
2. Employee & Manager Support
- Act as the first‑line HR contact, responding to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and processes
- Provide accurate and timely HR guidance to employees and people managers
- Escalate complex cases to HR Partners or Centers of Expertise when needed
3. HR Systems & Tools
- Utilize HR systems such as SmoothHR, Workday, HR Case Management Tool, and employee learning system.
- Support employees and managers in system navigation and issue resolution
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Support compensation and benefits surveys and government‑required reporting
- Prepare knowledge documents including FAQs and policy summary.
5.HR Projects & Process Improvement
- Assist in HR initiatives, process enhancements, and continuous improvement activities
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and elevate the employee experience
- Represent HR and help reinforce company values, culture, and core behaviors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR Operations experience
- Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
- Proficiency with HR systems (Workday experience is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite
- HR certification is a plus
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and ability to drive results
