Sr Director Solution Consulting - Corporates

Thomson Reuters has a new opportunity for a Sr Director Solution Consulting for the Corporates segment. This role owns the pre-sales strategy and management of Thomson Reuters suite of Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Global Trade, Legal and Risk connected compliance products sold to Corporations.
 

About the Role:  
In this opportunity as Sr Director Solution Consulting, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering the value of the product suite to corporate customers in North America by developing and coaching a team of Solution Consultant managers who lead teams of Solution Consultants
  • Collaborating with Sales on devising strategies to sell to new and existing customers to ensure proper strategy, messaging and execution against sales opportunities.
  • Delivery of sales financial targets in conjunction with Sales Management to new and existing customers in North America.
  • Drive innovation through the roll-out of AI driven solutions and provide a feedback look to product management on opportunities to leverage AI to drive value realization for customers
  • Ensuring multi-product, cross functional teams with the ability to effectively communicate the holistic Corporates value proposition both internally and externally.
  • Leadership and participation in Executive sales opportunities to ensure proper messaging and presentations to new and existing client base.
  • Define a scalable pre-sales model for lower-value opportunities

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Sr Director Solution Consulting if your background includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years sales and/or solution consulting experience with the ability to build cross functional, diverse teams.
  • 10+ years management and leadership experience
  • Experienced professional with extensive knowledge of Corporates products.
  • Deep understanding of the AI and software technology landscape, including current trends and competitive dynamics
  • Industry experience and knowledge on how to adapt to market trends.
  • Experience in collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management on go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to lead significant projects and present on behalf of the Solution Consulting organization.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies
