Job Description:

Job Overview: DXC Technology is seeking a talented SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting SAP SD solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, configure SAP SD modules, perform testing, and provide ongoing support. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the success of our clients' SAP landscapes.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP SD module implementations.
• Configure SAP SD systems to meet client-specific needs, including sales order processing, pricing procedures, delivery processing, and billing.
• Conduct thorough testing of SAP SD functionalities to ensure system stability and adherence to client requirements.
• Provide comprehensive end-user training and support during SAP SD implementations and post-go-live phases.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (such as MM, FI/CO) to integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD functionality, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
• Stay updated with SAP SD module advancements, industry trends, and best practices to recommend and implement process improvements.
• Document SAP SD configuration, custom developments, and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP SD Consultant or in a similar role, preferably with DXC or a consulting firm, with at least [X] years of SAP SD implementation and support experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD configuration, including but not limited to pricing, sales orders, deliveries, and billing.
• Experience with SAP SD enhancements, custom developments, and integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting SAP SD issues and providing effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• SAP certification in Sales and Distribution (SD) is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed to client sites, domestically and internationally.
