As the Proprietor, Third Shift Custodial you will lead the nightly Custodial operation and Leadership functions with a critical focus on fostering an inclusive environment supporting the delivery of the Five Keys Basics and modeling the Disney Leader Basics. In this role you will serve as both a leader and teacher of excellence in safety, courtesy, show, efficiency, and inclusion to Cast at all levels. You will drive a culture of safety and support, to achieve and sustain the vision that inspires exceptional cleanliness and client service.

What You Will Do

• Have accountability for the development and implementation of Custodial standards that focus on safety, innovation, world class results, and superior financial outcomes

• Develop and execute a strategy-oriented operating plan focused on innovation and continuous improvement

• Inspire, educate and hold leaders accountable to be an active participant in an immersive experience

• Motivate our Cast to create legendary service

• Be responsible for building the Custodial brand both within the Park and across the Property

• Drive enhanced financial, Guest, and Cast results for your area with a focus on excellence, efficiency and optimization

• Interpret and apply metrics and operational indicators to motivate and enhance results

• Partner with teams to support project execution and integration; verify scope of work, operational impact, readiness and contingency planning

• Oversee budgets, labor management, and actively contribute to the preparation of the annual operating, 5-year investment strategy and capital plans

• Serve as a change agent, taking calculated risks to integrate processes, remove barriers and align performance goals

• Support and lead a diverse team of entry-level leaders and hourly teams

• Conduct Cast forums and take action on items discussed

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven fiscal acumen to drive enhanced financial, Guest, and Cast results with a focus on 100% excellence, efficiency, and optimization

• Ability to make transformational change quickly to increase organizational agility, while constantly balancing competing priorities and unplanned day-to-day situations

• Exhibit a visible, Leadership commitment and model Leadership competencies and behaviors

• Demonstrate increased focus to bolster the roles of Trainers and Coordinators within the business

• Commitment to diversity and encourage an inclusive work environment that supports workforce diversity and diverse perspectives

• Proven ability to drive, manage, and deliver on projects and initiatives within a matrix organization

• Ability to collaborate and influence key partners in order to achieve their commitment, accountability for results while preserving the end-to-end Guest experience and maintaining strong relationships

• Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and written and verbal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading a team of salaried leaders

• Leadership experience overseeing a high-volume Custodial and/or Housekeeping location with direct reports

• Experience leading a team of unionized workers

• Fluency in multiple languages, such as Haitian Creole, Spanish and French

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education

• Bachelor’s degree
