Job Description Summary
Our business is growing fast and we’re launching innovative new products, services, and commercial-based initiatives that require thoughtful tracking, coordination, and communication across departments to execute – what we call “interlock”. To stay organized and deliver our projects on time, we need an expert project manager to interlock all of our teams to centralize, manage and coordinate the execution of multiple project workstreams.
This position will report to Mastermind’s head of operations and will collaborate with stakeholders enterprise-wide to ensure organizational goals and strategic objectives are accomplished within scope, on time, and on budget.
A Successful Program Manager Will:
Drive organizational interlock across product, operations, commercial, marketing, and engineering
Translate organizational goals and strategic objectives into actionable project plans for cross-functional teams.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives ensuring successful collaboration and alignment
Develop and improve project management process for product and commercial initiatives
Become the single point of accountability for successful execution of all major internal and external interlock initiatives
Define and clarify project objectives, drive consensus and communicate plans and results to stakeholders and management
Prepare and communicate clear and concise executive level status reports of major projects and initiatives
Obtain necessary feedback and approvals from required departments by initiating, planning and managing internal review meetings
Assess and manage risk within, and across, multiple departments. This includes project monitoring and prioritization, as well as instituting issue escalation and resolution feedback loops.
Ensure all projects managed appropriately within project tracking software tools for appropriate transparency within the organization
Who you are:
3+ years' experience as a project manager or similar related experience
Highly skilled at creating and maintaining critical project management tools such as project plans, RACI grids, status reports, etc.
Advanced Microsoft Office user, especially Excel, Visio, and OneNote
Proven ability to effectively assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies
Experience with organization-wide change management
Experience in technology management, knowledge management, business analysis, program/project management, and quality management
Demonstrated leadership, management, and decision making skills
Understanding and experience with the Software Development and Infrastructure Life Cycle
Leadership and executive presence
Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship management skills
Ability to influence people and thought processes without direct authority
Strong oral and written communication and analytical skills
High confidence level and ability to remain calm and focused to enable teams to come to agreement on next steps
Strong meeting facilitation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Airtable / Monday.com
PMP or CAPM certifications a plus
Experience working in Product, Product Marketing, or Operations functions
Experience and understanding of SaaS business model
Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $77,400 to $139,800. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

Where you will be:
This position is based in our New York headquarters. We work a hybrid work schedule with a current minimum of two teamwide designated days in the office.
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Generally, work is performed Monday through Friday, though holidays and weekends may be required.
