About the Role

This role supports the Associate Director of Technology Governance & Controls to lead mainly ISO27001 certification and SOC2 Type 2 audit, as well as audit and other internal/external assessment.

1. Handle and work with key partners in completing the ISMS and other activities to obtain ISO27001, SOC2 certifications in GO and BUs, and provide the timely status update to management

2. Coordinate ISMS management review meetings

3. Lead to complete the annual SOC2 Type 2 audit

4. Identify and follow up with action owners on any action plans identified from ISMS internal audit, ISO audits or SOC2 certifications, conduct risk treatment plan, performance measurement metrics.

5. Plan and coordinate activities related to the operational support of the ISMS as well as participating in certification and surveillance audits. 

6. Provide Audit & Assessment Support

7.Coordinate with GIS functions teams and other Group technology teams to support the supporting evidence for the lifecycle of audit and assessment and provide timely status report to management.

8.Lead other team members to handle Internal/external audit and assessments.
