Project Role : Technology Account Lead
Project Role Description : Function as primary contact for technology work at each account. Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account.

Summary: As a Technology Account Lead, you will serve as the primary contact for technology initiatives at each assigned account. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to integrate technology contracts and engagements, ensuring that all technology offerings are effectively leveraged to expand the scope of work. You will be responsible for creating a comprehensive technology account plan, engaging the right personnel to maximize opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients to drive growth and success in technology engagements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to align technology strategies with client needs. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for account growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Strong understanding of cloud computing and its applications in business. - Experience with integration of Salesforce with other platforms and tools. - Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
