In support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) contract, you will be a part of our team’s efforts to empower the Department of Defense’s navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission ensuring positioning, navigation and timing superiority. Our mission is to provide combatant commanders and joint force commanders with subject matter expertise on planning and conducting NAVWAR by providing knowledge of friendly and enemy NAVWAR Order of Battle and PNT-related successes and threats.

The ranges listed at the end of this job posting are CACI’s general guidelines.  The specific/budgeted/target pay for this position is as follows: Novice 45,500 - 66,200; Intermediate -50, 000 - 72,000;2S-70,000 - 91,700; Advanced-75,000 - 99,300 


About the Role:

  • Provides technical support for end user devices hardware (laptops, printers, tablets, mobile devices) and peripherals, software (COTS, GOTS, Web), network infrastructure (routers, switches, etc.), Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), audiovisual display systems, duress alarms, analog and wireless technologies

  • Schedules and coordinates customer desk‐side support for the installation of new software or to performance hardware or software break/fix activities

  • Sets‐up and configures new end user equipment including laptops, mobiles devices, printers, copiers, VTC units, VoIP phones and other peripherals

  • Investigates and resolves all connectivity issues related to end‐user, site infrastructure and IT equipment •Actively participates in construction project planning, providing detailed requirements for facility IT specifications

  • Responsible for the on‐site coordination of break/fix installations with hardware maintenance providers, providing after hours support when required

  • Executes and maintains IT infrastructure inventory information, completing regularly scheduled inventories of all IT cabinets and IT cabinet equipment, updating pictures, drawings and asset information

  • Recommends customer service and IT process support enhancements by researching and recommending new technologies and processes


You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • 5/7 Yrs Relevant experience and a TS/SCI level active clearance

  • BA/BS technical degree & Information Assurance Level Technician experience in a large gov consulting environment

  • Must have one of the following; IAT Level I Certifications: CompTIA A+/CompTIA Network+/EC‐Council CND (8570 cert)
