Key Responsibilities

The Etch Services Business Unit is seeking an ambitious candidate who has strong technical knowledge, preferably around semiconductor equipment in the areas of hardware design and material sciences, and who is also business savvy. This person will work closely with the engineering teams, customers, and the Field operations/Sales teams to drive cutting edge product releases and develop go-to-market strategies to continue to grow the business. The candidate should have a passion for technical program management and possess strong communication skills. This is a strategic role and will suit someone who can drive growth in partnership with a cross-functional team.  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Master’s, PhD and/or Focus on Chemistry, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Sciences preferred)
  • 10+ Years of Experience
  • Experience in technical roles (Product Support, Engineering) required
  • Experience on Etch tools preferred but not required
  • Additional experience

U.S. Salary Range:

$120,000.00 - $165,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
