JR60062 Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) TechnologistAs an Automated Materials Handling System (AMHS) Technologist, you are responsible for monitoring, sustaining, and improving the equipment and/or processes in your assigned area while working in partnership with production team members and area engineers.
Responsibilities:
Monitor tool performance
Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on assigned tool sets
Use mechanical, electronic and PC/software skills to solve and repair equipment issues
Assist with equipment installs and tests
Build and modify equipment procedures
Increase tool uptime through systematic problem solving and quality workmanship
Thoroughly document all maintenance performed in established check sheets and tracking programs
Routine review of maintenance check sheets and procedures
Monitor, analyze and address SPC issues for area processes daily and respond to SPC out of control issues
Keep the AMHS Engineer and/or Lead Tech updated on tool and area issues
Requirements
NITEC/Diploma in Mechatronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering etc.
Fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome to apply!
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and looking for growth
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Basic Python Programming
Comfortable with flexible working schedules in doing Rotating 12-hr shift.
Able to work at height.
