What you’ll do:
Demonstrate expertise in interior design and provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams, aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs while building commitment to your design rationales.
Develop and implement innovative business solutions by building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying their needs, determining necessary processes, monitoring progress, seizing improvement opportunities, and adapting to changes and competing demands.
Collaborate closely with leadership and stakeholders (Store Operations, Realty, Merchandising) to provide design recommendations that optimize space allocation and enhance the overall customer experience.
Conduct quality assurance post-audit reviews, identifying design errors, root causes, and areas for improvement, making necessary adjustments to maximize space utilization and ensure future design excellence.
Create detailed interior CAD designs by understanding assigned areas, following design guidelines, producing accurate scale plans based on concepts, requirements, and sketches, operating CAD software proficiently, delivering timely designs, identifying and resolving issues, and maintaining and modifying existing designs as requested.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Business, or related field OR 2 years' experience in retail management, project management, architecture, CAD design, or related field.
2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office systems (for example, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Adobe systems (for example, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
Implement and support continuous improvements and willingly embrace new digital tools and ways of working.
Deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omni-merchant mindset
Adopt a broad perspective that considers data, analytics, customer insights, and different parts of the business when making plans.
Build strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners
Nice to have: 2 years’ experience utilizing space planning software (for example, Revit, AutoCAD, ProFloor).
Nice to have: 1 years' retail experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
