About the Role

Sr. Specialist, Channel Service Support

主要职责:

  • 渠道服务部KPI指标监测、分析、追踪管理;
  • 总部渠道服务工作在分公司落地;
  • 监管合规消保工作对接支持;
  • 项目性工作、会务活动等统筹开展;
  • 协助主管开展协调管理,完成主管交代的其他工作。

任职基本要求:

  • 全日制大学本科及以上学历;
  • 有保险行业渠道服务或客户服务、团队管理、项目推动经验者优先;
  • 具备良好的服务创新意识、沟通协调能力、落实执行能力,学习能力佳;
  • 工作严谨细致、认真负责,责任心和团队意识强。
