Production Control Coordinator Auditor - 3rd Shift

Primary Focus: 

The primary role of the Production control coordinator Auditor is to facilitate the production process by managing inventory levels, assuring material availability to comply with scheduling production on time, and ensuring product quality and material availability on time.      
 

Specific Accountabilities: 

  • This includes managing & conducting audits of fabricated product, as well as reviewing and recommending new processes, and solving any errors or inconsistencies with inventory.
  • Facilitates on time delivery of material as well as production schedule adherence.  
  • Communication, on behalf of the Production Control team, with internal suppliers to confirm material deliveries. 
  • Provide detailed analysis on anticipated shortages and corrective actions taken to minimize impact by conduction/adhering to an audit schedule for fabricated material.
  • Create and provide daily reports to project materials availability and reduce negative impacts of lack of materials. 
  • Update, maintain, and distribute metrics relating to material availability.  
  • Maintain the Plan for Every Part in the materials control database, withdrawal, and production Kanban’s. 

Qualifications

  • HS diploma, GED or industry experience
  • Understanding of Excel
  • Understanding of Microsoft Word
  • Understanding of PowerPoint
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • 3rd Shift Friday-Sunday 5am - 5:30pm

Pay starts at $20 per hour
