About the role

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage executive level recruitment coordination. This role will have high visibility with top-level executives across the organization and will manage the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling, candidate experience, data management, and travel arrangements. This role will have an immediate impact on the experience of our the company's most senior candidates, and will be the primary point of contact for information and assistance throughout the interview process.

As an Exec Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling, candidate experience, data management and travel arrangements
  • Scheduling on-site interviews and coordinating with EAs supporting senior leadership
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up, high quality work and communication with executive candidates throughout the candidate's lifecycle from initial contact to start date
  • Ensuring on-site candidates have a positive interview experience being their main point of contact throughout their day and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly
  • Entering and tracking information into applicant tracking system and ensuring appropriate parties have access to necessary information
  • Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meeting
  • Managing multiple tasks and actions items (documentation, follow up and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables
  • Generate energy, excitement, and passion around Corebridge products.
  • Able to take direction and work with talent acquisition team members.
  • Manage background checks for recruiting professionals.
  • Complete document verification for new hire onboarding.
  • Provide weekly status reports to recruiters.
  • Support colleagues and peers during high recruiting seasons.

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization.
  • Must have a high degree of confidentiality with all client interaction and documents.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with automated applicant tracking tools, Email Systems, web-based recruiting resources and MS Office (excel, PowerPoint, outlook, word).
  • Ability to multi-task as a highly productive individual.
  • Recruiting or agency recruiting experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferred or work history equivalence.
  • Effective organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines, department standards for quality and productivity.
  • Display and utilize good judgment on a consistent basis.

Salary

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 -$70,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
