We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Recruiter to manage and execute the recruitment process for clinical staff, including nurses and doctors, for our dialysis centers in Czech Republic.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and clinical leadership to understand staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies. Your focus will be on sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals, ensuring that we meet our staffing objectives while maintaining high standards of care.
Your responsibilities:
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical roles such as nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals specific to dialysis centers.
Collaborate with clinic managers and medical staff to understand specific hiring needs and ensure the selection of top-quality candidates.
Proactively engage with candidates to fill open roles, leveraging healthcare-specific recruitment channels and networks.
Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates, ensuring a continuous pipeline for future hiring needs.
Act as a brand ambassador for the company at career fairs, on-campus recruitment events, and healthcare industry gatherings, promoting the company as an employer of choice.
Develop partnerships with nursing schools, medical universities, and other relevant institutions to ensure a steady flow of talent for clinical positions.
Maintain a strong presence in healthcare communities to build relationships and enhance the company’s employer brand.
Work closely with clinic managers, head nurses, and nephrologists to coordinate recruitment efforts and ensure alignment with clinical standards and protocols.
Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process by providing expert guidance on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and candidate selection.
Stay informed about trends in healthcare recruitment, particularly in the dialysis market, to ensure a competitive advantage in attracting and hiring clinical talent.
Suggest and implement new strategies for improving clinical recruitment efforts, including creative sourcing techniques and outreach initiatives.
Proactively assess market conditions to identify potential shortages or surpluses in clinical talent, enabling the organization to stay ahead of future hiring needs.
Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements, including background checks and credential verifications.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness, providing actionable insights to improve the hiring process.
Our requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, specifically within nursing, physician, or clinical roles.
5+ years experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
Fluent Czech and English, Slovak a distinct advantage
Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry a distinct advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
