Key Responsibilities:
 Operational Oversight: Lead and manage end-to-end product operations, ensuring
products conform to telecom industry standards. Coordinate with Engineering, User
Design, Operations, and other teams for smooth product launches and ongoing
operations.
 Revenue Tracking & Optimization: Monitor product performance to ensure optimal
revenue generation. Track key revenue metrics, identify areas for enhancement, and
implement strategies to maximize product revenue.
 Product Testing & Maintenance: Regularly test live products in collaboration with
operators and sales SPOCs to ensure seamless performance. Ensure hygiene
standards are maintained across all products.
 Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research, benchmark competitors,
and recommend product strategies to drive revenue growth.
 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and
marketing teams to align product strategies with operational and revenue goals.

Skill Requirements:
 Strong MS-Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for tracking operations and
reporting.
 Revenue Tracking and Enhancement experience, with a focus on telecom
products.
 Knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies is a plus.
 Outgoing, proactive, and self-starter attitude, with strong collaboration skills.
 Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/BBA/BCA/MBA
