Description -

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide resolution and implement engineering solution to process/manufacturing issue
  • Engage R&D and Product Development to enable New Product Introductions and Extensions
  • Drive and Implement strong process control and quality system
  • Engage and drive solutions across HP value chains team such as Product Engrg, Supply Chain and Production, Tech Support as well as CMs, to improve Manufacturing line productivity, Yield and Quality
  • Conceptualize, Develop and Deliver Tooling/Process solutions to take cost out of the operations

Job Qualification/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Material and Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Possess good understanding of manufacturing process, methodologies and environment,
  • Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving and Project Management skills
  • Good Understanding of Quality Assurance & Process Control Knowledge
  • Excellent team player, interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Able to work well under Stress, both internally and across functions and Perform Multitasking
  • Proactive, innovative and self motivating characters.
