Business Lead (Fixed term contract till the end of 2025)

A single Point of Contact for all payroll processes and new ways of working related matters in the project, leads Processes Workshops: Global + Country Specifics and Workday change Assessment workshops and responsible for related deliverables (I.e., Country Specific Processes, Service Catalogue appendix, Ways of Working), supports in business requirements related test cases, supports knowledge transfer and trainings, closely cooperates with local HR and Payroll teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business element of assigned project (process maps, new ways of working, operational documentation, activity analysis and organizational design, business change impact assessment, benefits tracker)​

  • In close cooperation with Payroll Global Process Owner SME, lead Processes Workshops delivering Global + Country Specifics processes and Country Specific Service Menu per country​

  • Participate in Business Requirements gathering workshops to identify areas for Business Acceptance Testing​

  • Cooperate closely with Technical Lead in order to adjust/create test cases for business requirements (in small projects); coordinate and provide input in test case creation​

  • Work with Change, Communication, Knowledge and Training SME ensuring go-live readiness of receiving organization with special attention to verifying knowledge of future payroll team, Standard Operating Procedures are clear and finalized, understood by receiving organization, all ways of working are understood and followed.​

  • In close coordination with Change, Communication, Knowledge and Training SME support work shadowing and trainings for end users​

  • Provide active support of receiving team during go-live and hyper care phase

Why You?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Generic payroll experience & project experience (ideally HR tansformation project including payroll and/or payroll technology)

  • Expert in communications, including in-person and virtual meeting facilitation

  • MS Office proficiency – MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint, Project in particular

  • Ability to influence cross geography teams and achieve cross divisional alignment

  • Ability to work autonomously and be comfortable with ambiguity

  • Ability to effectively work in a highly matrixed organization, handling competing priorities and connecting the dots across

  • Hands on and can-do attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SAP/ Teta/ Workday payroll module – nice to have
