What you’ll be doing

• Develop, Implement and execute compliance controls post payroll
• Support Payroll projects and serve a liaison between Payroll, IT and Workday teams

• Participate in both internal and external audits by responding to audit requests as per the audit schedule and ensuring zero payroll findings identified
• Working collaboratively with Payroll/People and Finance teams to implement and maintain services and processes in accordance with established company & financial policies, practices, laws and/or regulatory guidelines.

What’s in your toolkit 

• Ability to solve technical, or operational problems and evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, well-rounded experience, and knowledge
• Ability to identify and implement efficiencies and to the payroll accounting processes
• Payroll Systems ADP Payforce
• Current knowledge of taxation, superannuation, and legislative changes related to Payroll Tax, PAYG
• Payroll statutory reporting obligations and general ledger reconciliations principles
