Key Responsibilities

1. Performs monthly, quarterly close activities

2. Reviews GL account reconciliations

3. Provides guidelines on journal entries and assigns accounting classifications to various records and transactions within established procedures and policy

4. Prepares government information reports and financial statutory reports

5. Prepares complex account analysis

6. Preparation of reports and records for managers. i.e. Balance Sheet Reviews 7. Recommends process improvements and policy changes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the tasks/duties performed. May participate in regional and Global projects.

8. BPO Liaisons of following functions:

  • General ledger
  • Intercompany

9. Quarterly finance newsletter

10. Supports reviewing Taiwan employee welfare committee financials
