As a Lead Specialist Marketing Loyalty Ops, you will be responsible to
enhancing Target’s Vendor Engagement and thereby increasing their
investments on the Loyalty Program.
In this role, you will be collaborating across a variety of enterprise teams as
loyalty intersect and play a role, inclusive of the broader loyalty ecosystem.
This role will be a key enabler to help Brands understand impact of
promotions to make informed decisions for promo strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide all Target Vendor Brands with detailed performance reports
for all the campaigns they run with Target. Within defined SLAs.
Provide Vendors Consult on any performance or Billing related
queries.
Partner with Tech, Brand, Finance and Strategy teams to optimise and
set high-level timing and action.
Hold other teams accountable to deadlines and alert apt stakeholders
if any Operational issues arise in reporting/ data.
Identify workload peaks and work with Vendor Promotion and
Planning teams to mitigate potential delays; ensure process stays on
time during peak seasons.
Escalate problems that repeatedly drive off process workflow &
resolve it by automations or process improvements.
Assist Promo Operations Team with creation of offers during peak
seasons.
Minimum requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of campaign management or Promo management
experience.
Mid to Advance Excel Skills – Ability to create
Macros – Basic Ones
Create Pivots to gather insights
Comprehend Data
One who understands basic concepts of digital marketing
Targeting
Segmentation
Measures of success – ROI, Discount, Conversions & More
Graduation required (MBA not necessary)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maximize relationships
Proficient in English – As you will reply directly to US brands on daily
basis.
Ability to read and comprehend Vendor ask and consult over email.
A master collaborator who does not hesitate to talk to other teams to
get work done. And inspire trust and confidence with a range of
partners.
Self-Starter, ability to work independently, strong initiative
Strong organizational skills to create repository of reports.
