Job Description Summary:

-Collaborative medically directed Anesthesia care team model.
-Team atmosphere promoting work life balance through various shift opportunities and guaranteed end of shift times.
- Opportunities for weekday and weekend overtime shifts with shift differential and incentives applied where applicable.
-Ability to utilize full scope of CRNA skill set with broad case variety/ complexity/acuity in an urban trauma center setting. No pediatrics under 13 years of age.
- Direct hospital affiliation with accredited SRNA program with opportunity to precept/interact with students clinically on a weekly basis.
- 30K sign on bonus and annual balanced scorecard bonus up to 5% of annual salary
-Relocation allowance
-Supportive collegial work environment with onboarding process catered to needs of provider
-In house CRNA call with MDA for nights, weekends, holidays (approximately one 12 hour call shift per 6-8 week schedule)

Minimum Qualifications:

Licensed by the State of Ohio as a registered nurse. Registered as a CRNA with the state Board of Nursing. Training program is at least 18 months post RN. Demonstrates competency in airway management and intubation. Must be familiar with anesthesia related equipment including but not limited to anesthesia machines, EKG monitors, scenography monitors, oximetry monitors. Continuing units related to anesthesia of 40 CEU s every 2 years . ACLS Certification Insurance requirements are identical to those of the attending anesthesiologist.
