Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve working on web application development projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and design intuitive user interfaces for web applications. - Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate design concepts and requirements to development teams. - Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards across all web applications and platforms. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in web application development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with user research and usability testing. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. - Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in web application development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in user experience design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful user experiences. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
