Reporting to the Portfolio HR Director, you will be dedicated to sourcing, evaluating, and producing high quality candidates for exciting career opportunities at Volaris Group. You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting within various disciplines to help Volaris Group with continued success and growth. Experience in recruitment of technical candidates and professional roles in support of software companies is required.
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying selection criteria, sourcing and screening applicants, interviewing candidates in conjunction with hiring manager, and making salary recommendations.
- Source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking and other means of candidate sourcing.
- Execute on creative, out of the box, sourcing strategies to uncover alternative candidate pools.
- Partner with the HR Team and other Talent Acquisition professionals in continuous improvement initiatives and projects focusing on business unit process and building our Employer Brand.
- Develop and implement a variety of strategies to market the organization to potential candidates, advertise openings, and solicit qualified applicants.
- Identify and source appropriate talent for global roles.
- Develop and implement recruitment campaigns for passive talent.
- Source, attend and manage follow-up for a variety of recruitment events.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices and resources by supporting projects and initiatives.
- Ensure all recruitment and hiring process administration is consistently complete in real time, including recruitment folders, tracking and recruitment metrics
- Manage the hire process and internal transfers/promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 plus years' of sourcing and full life cycle recruitment with a mix of agency and corporate recruiting
- Experience in the recruitment of various disciplines (technical, finance, accounting, professional services, sales, etc) is preferred.
- Degree qualifications in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- The ability to understand and communicate technical elements and the requirements.
- Demonstrated achievement in sourcing for hard-to-find resource
- Strong business relationship skills (communications and interpersonal) and proven relationship building experience
- Action oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
- Experience working on high volume of roles and managing multiple priorities.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS). Workday preferred.
- You are an independent thinker and can work with minimal supervision.
- Experience recruiting for US and Canada candidates with additional global recruitment experience a plus.
