What You Will Do:

We are seeking a Channel Sales Manager to join our team in Ankara. This key role reports directly to the Sales Director - Applied Products for the Middle East and Africa region, focusing on our indirect business.

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our sales network through channel partners for the Applied Products business across Central Anatolia and surrounding cities. You will drive sales and business growth for our HVAC product portfolio, specifically Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.

How You Will Do It:

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will leverage your strategic expertise and knowledge of Applied Products to drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, deliver results, and enhance relationships with our partners to boost sales and service quality. You will analyze market information (prices, volume, growth, competitor actions, etc.) and propose a growth action plan for the territory to executive management.

You are a proactive individual driven to seek and develop existing business and long-term customer relationships. Self-motivated and analytical, you are professional and reliable in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously thanks to your excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.

What We Look For:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of proven experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs in Turkey
  • Track record of meeting sales targets and managing sales teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders, consultants, and owners
  • Independent, innovative, strategic thinker, and able to perform under pressure
