This position reports to:

IPM Support Team Leader

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to organize training programs for internal and external customers related to products, systems, and/or technologies in accordance with contract(s) and budget. Each day, you will manage training delivery using correct products and materials. You will also showcase your expertise by assisting in identifying / determining appropriate training courses for customers.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Assist with training logistics
• Support participants during sessions
• Help gather feedback & attendance
• Assist with material preparation
• Learn from experienced trainers
• Experiment with AI tools
• Document learnings
• Provide basic tech support
• Build foundational knowledge

Qualifications for the role

1. Training & Facilitation Skills
Ability to support training delivery under supervision of senior trainers
Willingness to learn instructional design and training methodologies
Basic presentation skills with potential to develop
Comfortable working with groups and one-on-one coaching
2. Technical/Domain Knowledge
Quick learner - ability to grasp new tools and systems rapidly
Motivation to deepen technical expertise through formal training
3. Communication & Learning
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Clear and organized presentation of information
Active listening and empathy for learners
Ability to ask clarifying questions and learn from feedback
Comfortable creating simple training materials and documentation
4. Work Attitude & Potential
High motivation and enthusiasm for developing training/coaching capabilities
Proactive learner - seeking opportunities to expand knowledge
Strong work ethic and reliability
Coachable and open to feedback
