Job Description:

IBM MQ Administration 10-12 Years
Must have Good experience on Administration and Troubleshooting of IBM MQ File Transactions, required knowledge on Control - M batch processing
Good Exposure on Applying Security Layers between MQ Queue Managers and Agents
Require good experience on Deploying Bar files / IIB / Pub-Sub / Applying security
Scripting knowledge is required
Understanding of queues, FTP, SFTP , HTTP protocols, Debug flows
Knowledge on mqsi commands on IIB
Good knowledge in the Midrange environment, especially in Linux (RHEL)
Knowledge in Shell, Python Scripting and Web Technologies gives an added advantage
Knowledge of MQ Clustering & Troubleshooting.
SSL Configuration.
Experience with any MQ Monitoring tools
Basic Scripting
Capacity Analysis required for a senior level
Knowledge of RDQM
Knowledge on MQ in cloud
Experience in Pub/sub, process, triggers in MQ.
Experience and Key Responsibilities:

Modify/re-design configuration/applications to resolve identified issues.
Manage, configure and monitor MQ Listeners, Command Servers, Channel initiators, Trigger Monitors, MQ Log files & Dead Letter Queues
Setup of IBM Websphere MQ in a cluster environment for both load balancing and Failover.
IBM Websphere MQ best practices for setup/monitoring as well as usage.
Provide impact analysis of newer versions and provide upgrade paths and plan and upgrade servers with the appropriate versions and patches of IBM Websphere MQ
Setup security on the Websphere MQ servers as well as the queues and applications that access Websphere MQ.
Four  (4+) years of WebSphere MQ Administration experience (V6.2 & above) on UNIX platforms.
Experience in the IBM PMR problem determination and troubleshooting process.
Experience with product & Fixpack installations and version upgrades of WebSphere MQ.
Should be strong in using MQSC and PCF commands.
Should be strong in Distributed Queue Management.
Should be strong in MQ channel configuration using different transmission protocols.
Should have experience with MQ Clusters.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, system and performance tuning skills.
Should be able to manage, configure and monitor MQ Listeners, Command Servers, Channel initiators, Trigger Monitors, MQ Log files & Dead Letter Queues.
Should be strong with MQ Client applications & MQ client configuration.
Able to setup security for WebSphere MQ queues & other objects for data access and for administration using role-based security.
Proficient in SSL Configuration on WebSphere MQ.
Must be proficient in the writing/editing of UNIX shell scripts.
Must be able to work/provide off-hours on-call support as a member of a rotational support team.
Must Have:
WMB 6,7,7.5 in linux,AIX, Zos,windows servers
