About the Role
Monitors and analyzes performance of PE funds and portfolio companies, identifies investment risks, and ensures regulatory compliance. Supports investment due diligence, co-investment evaluation, and market research through financial modeling, peer benchmarking, and management engagement. Delivers timely reporting and actionable insights to enhance post-investment oversight and strategic decision-making.Roles and Responsibilities:
Regularly track and analyze the performance of PE funds and portfolio companies
Identify and assess risks associated with portfolio companies, and monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Prepare analysis and reports on the performance and status of PE investments according to regulations and internal requirements.
Perform industry research and provide market intelligence analysis
Support the investment team in the management and monitoring of fund investments and co-investments through attendance at annual meetings, reviewing quarterly and annual reports, and attending portfolio update conference calls
Assist to review incoming fund investment opportunities, including attending management interview, analyzing data, performing portfolio company analysis, benchmarking performance against peers, preparing investment memo
Assist to conduct due diligence for co-investment opportunities, including building up financial models, analyzing market dynamics, etc.
Be responsible for other tasks assigned by Team Head
Minimum Job Requirements:
Proficient in post-investment management systems and institutional development, with comprehensive experience in operations management, financial analysis, and enterprise management
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational coordination skills; collaborative team player; detail-oriented; capable of handling challenging assignments under pressure; possesses independent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software
Prior work experience in insurance companies, securities firms, or accounting firms is preferred
