Role Definition:
Defines robotic needs for businesses; provides technical leadership on complex solutions for robotics software development, testing and validation processes.

Responsibilities:
As a Technical Program Manager at Caterpillar, you will be responsible for creating Functional & Detailed Technical Requirements for TechAdvisor.CAT.com – a digital application that enables Dealers to improve Sales, Service & Support experience on Digital Technology Applications for CI & RI Domain.
You will work with Commercial, Service & Support Teams & Digital Application owners of CI and RI Domains to sensitize a Common User experience to Configure/ Integrate/ Support the right Technology Option. You will understand the requirements prioritized by the Dealer Community to develop Proof of Concepts of various Features & vet it with Dealers to gain interest and further prioritize those Features for Future releases. You will drive Technical Marketing strategies to promote TechAdvisor.CAT.com to our Dealers.
In addition, you will create business/ commercial proposals on developing ideas/ concepts to improve our Digital offering to our Construction Customers & drive its execution.

Degree Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 9-10 years of experience in a technical program management role, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
