Job Summary

This role is responsible for championing the E2E Program Management Office initiative for the successful implementation and adoption of HP SAP CPQ programs.  They will lead the coordination, alignment, and successful implementation of an HP CPQ program.  Working across multiple business units, workstreams, and routes to market, the successful candidate will facilitate program optimization, adaptability, scalability, and alignment in critical processes and capabilities for critical adoption and utilization.  The role uses data-driven insights and collaborates with stakeholders to manage risks and guide continuous improvement. The role explores innovative CPQ methodologies, delivers impactful presentations to leadership, and mentors junior team members, all while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Shapes the organization's overarching strategic vision for HP CPQ business process enhancement and capabilities optimization, driving innovation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Challenges and transforms critical organizational processes and capabilities to become adaptable, scalable, and strategically aligned.
  • Collects and analyzes data to measure process performance and uses insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Lead and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, feedback, and requirements for process improvements.
  • Delivers presentations to the leadership effectively communicating the strategic significance of process and capability initiatives, their impact on business outcomes, and their role in defining the organization's future.
  • Explores and implements innovative project management and quality improvement methodologies, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of industry best practices.
  • Documents processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure that standardized processes are followed throughout the organization and updates documentation as processes evolve.
  • Identifies and assesses potential risks associated with process changes and develops mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of process disruptions.
  • Facilitate the design and development of the SAP CPQ application and assists with necessary integrations.
  • Stays current with SAP CPQ product enhancements and industry best practices, as well as emerging trends in process management and mentors junior team members.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in managed services, business operations, business process improvement, change management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Product Configuration, Pricing, and Quoting systems preferred.
  • Experience implementing SAP CPQ software and integrations preferred.
  • Experience developing technical solutions leveraging version control and adherence to life cycle management best practices.
