Regional Supply Chain Security Manager, EMEA

Description -

The Regional Supply Chain Security Manager is responsible for investigations and security related programs/initiatives and their effective implementation across the EMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the security and integrity of our global supply chain operations. You will work closely with various teams within HP and outside partners to ensure that our supply chain processes are secure and compliant with government and industry standards.

You will provide proactive case management on investigative matters, developing and implementing innovative approaches and investigative strategies to meet client business needs. This role could also include the management of 3rd party contractors, supporting investigation related work. This support includes implementation of proactive, reactive and passive plans and activities which protect the assets and interests of HP.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support on investigative programs, with key functions including but not restricted to data collation and analysis, investigations management, interviewing of witnesses and subjects, and intelligence database and information systems management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain security policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain activities to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address security concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of supply chain operations to ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Support the investigation of security incidents and breaches and assist in the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supply chain security activities.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, techniques and available technology, while developing new approaches and programs that minimize emerging Supply Chain Security risks.

Education:

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Law Enforcement, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in law enforcement, military, intelligence, specialized security systems, or a related field.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of varied security/investigation experience preferably in supply chain security.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of security.
  • Proficiency with use of Microsoft Office programs and Power BI.
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
