What are we looking for? English proficiency-CEFR Level C1 Qualification required-Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience-At least 2 years legal conflicts of interest researching; identification and resolution experience preferred. If no conflicts of interest resolution experience exists, candidates must have at least five (5) years of legal background, researching, and database experience
Roles and Responsibilities: •Assist the Supervisor in the identification, resolution and clearance of conflict of interest issues in connection with new firm clients and new firm business and assist with prioritizing and coordinating the clearance of said clients and business;  Assist the Supervisor with coordinating assignments and monitoring the progress of and workload as it relates to conflicts clearance review of new firm clients and new firm business;  Assist the Supervisor in processing of conflicts research and analysis, coordinating the assignment and monitoring the progress of conflicts clearance review as it relates to new firm clients and new firm business;  Interface with firm attorneys and administrative staff to identify and discuss potential conflict of interest issues and strategies for clearing conflicts, as well as to provide updates regarding the conflicts clearance review of new firm clients and new firm business;  Summarize conflicts issues pertaining to new firm clients and new firm business for review by Assistant General Counsel, the Ethics committee, the New Business Intake team, firm attorneys, and other levels of firm and New Business Conflicts administration;
