SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST 
About the Role:
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Contractor to join our team for a six-month engagement. The primary focus of this role is to provide expert support in the development of the annual budget, leveraging their deep FP&A experience and proven ability with Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Platform
Key Responsibilities:
Annual Budget Development: Collaborate with the finance team to design, implement, and manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives under Oracle Hyperion Essbase
Oracle Cloud EPM Platform Expertise: Deep expertise for advanced data analysis, reporting, and scenario planning, support Finance team in efficient integration and functionality within the broader financial systems (e.g. coordinating effort to build/maintain dimension hierarchies for cost centers, projects, etc.)
Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management. Create and maintain robust excel modeling and synthesize materials for Executive-level and Board of Directors reporting.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Finance team members to gather necessary data and ensure comprehensive budgetary alignment, ensure adherence to timelines, budget guidelines and support of roll out of Oracle Cloud EPM Platform
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of financial planning and reporting processes.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, with a strong focus on budget development and financial modeling.
Technical Skills: Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM Platform. Strong proficiency in Excel and other financial planning tools is required. Prior experience with SAP or similar (Oracle NetSuite, etc.)
Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, draw conclusions, and communicate findings effectively.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
