What the Role Entails
Position Overview
Tencent Cloud is seeking a motivated Solution Architecture Intern to support enterprise cloud solution design and technical engagement activities in Thailand. This internship offers hands-on exposure to cloud technologies, solution consulting, and customer-facing projects across multiple industries. You will work closely with experienced Solution Architects, sales teams, and engineering teams to gain practical knowledge of Tencent Cloud products, industry use cases, and solution design methodologies. This role is ideal for students who are passionate about cloud computing and aspire to build a career in solution architecture, technical consulting, or cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Support Solution Architects in customer engagements, technical discussions, and solution design activities for enterprise customers in Thailand
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions to understand customer business needs and technical challenges
- Assist in preparing solution proposals, architecture diagrams, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
- Support Proof-of-Concept (POC) setup, testing, validation, and documentation activities
- Conduct market and technology research on cloud computing, AI, big data, and industry-specific solution trends
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to support customer success and solution delivery initiatives
Who We Look For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related technical disciplines
- Available for a minimum 6-month full-time internship commitment
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, virtualization, networking, and storage technologies
- Familiarity with Linux, databases, container technologies, or cloud platforms such as Tencent Cloud, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Alibaba Cloud is advantageous
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English and Thai; Mandarin proficiency is a plus for collaboration with regional and headquarters stakeholders
