Key Responsibilities

• Cloud & Workplace: Help deploy Microsoft Azure, M365, and Intune systems.

• Automation: Write basic PowerShell scripts to automate routine technical tasks.

• Migrations: Assist in moving local server workloads into cloud environments.

• Security & Networks: Review infrastructure configurations alongside senior engineers.

• Testing: Check system performance, uptime, and infrastructure latency standards.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose basic technical alerts and resolve infrastructure errors.

• Documentation: Create and update network diagrams and installation guides.

• Task Tracking: Report progress using project tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.

Skills and experience

• Understanding operating systems, including their structure, functioning, and administration.

•  Having knowledge of network concepts, architecture, and protocols, with an understanding of how to configure and troubleshoot them.

• Having a familiarity with cloud computing principles, services, and deployment models, as well as their integration with infrastructure environments.

About you

• You legally live in Portugal, you speak Portuguese. English is also needed.

• You're willing to do a hybrid job (our office is Lisbon based).

• You have a strong academic background in relevant fields such as Computer Science / Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, Network and Information Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering.

• You have teamwork and adaptability.

• Definitely, you have a deep passion for technology.

• Internships or academic experience in technology projects are always welcome.
