About the Role

Accountable for program delivery for of digital initiatives to service over 1mil+ members and multiple projects with budgets >$1m.
Provide best practice and delivery governance over the project delivered by BAU (business as usual) and new projects provided by vendors, nearshore and internal resources. Manages project stake holders across the business and group office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manages/Leads project resources (tech leads, architects, developers, business analysts) and deliverables for delivery across major, minor and BAU initiatives
  • Maintains and improves the customer platform, focusing on scalability and stability that meets the immediate business targets of 1.5+ million customers
  • Provides a contact, relationship and escalation point for multi-million USD contracts with vendors for service delivery.
  • Provide a contact and escalation point for operational delivery matters
  • Define, implement and maintain Project Delivery processes, procedures, and documentation for the improvement of the customer platforms operations
  • Oversees and facilitates the transformation of business requests into technological changes
  • Implementation of continuous service improvement initiatives that relates to improved customer experience
  • Manages the creation of Business Cases and Statements of Work

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of all vendor, contract and service management
  • Experience in managing large-scale enterprise
  • Strong project and people management skills. Must be able to function as a project leader as well as an individual contributor.
  • Experience in working internationally spanning geographies in Asia.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Compelling evidence of successful programme delivery, with hands-on experience in the Asian life insurance sector preferred.
  • Ability to communicate simply and effectively with different levels of the organisation and with external vendors.
  • Ability to influence and directly manage people and teams across multiple geographical locations to deliver the desired outcome for a complex multi-country system
