Job Description

Global Business Senior Analyst

NOIDA, India

We are actively recruiting for a Global Business Senior Analyst to help our company improve business efficiency. Working as our Global Business Senior Analyst your responsibilities will include developing new data governance strategies and models, communicating to management how these strategies and models will enhance business efficiency, and supporting our data quality performance in our data models.

You will work with other teams in commercial operations to support and develop the current processes.

You will be reporting to MANAGER, CUSTOMER MASTER DATA.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining KPI for data quality
  • Develop and analyze data to proactively find and address data quality and governance issues, translate analytical findings into applicable strategic recommendations
  • Work with Management and our our teams when conducting investigations or ensuring data governance standards
  • Perform/provide reporting and analyses for the detection of DQ issues to ensure we are continuously enriching the data model and ensuring Master Data areas are operating.
  • Audits of business technology processes to optimize Customer Master Data governance strategy
  • Communicates engagement status and results of work performed to internal team members, management, and our stakeholders
  • Project manage complex initiatives such as Mergers and acquisitions, mass changes and mass uploads, enhancing the data quality, and leading our efforts to provide a structured approach toward data integration across different CRM systems
  • Identifies and documents work performed to support observations of control weaknesses and steps on how to handle them.
  • focus on data quality issues correction between applications and systems such as SAP, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and others

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • 3 or more years of experience required (2-3 Years in case of the Level 1 position)
  • University degree preferred (Bachelor is a must)
  • Very good command of English (written & spoken)
  • Proactively attitude to initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with team members.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Knowledge of Sales Operations Tools and experience with an ERP System.
  • Experience with project tools.
