Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role you’ll provide technical leadership for AI engineering across the Consumer experience AI Team by establishing and coding standards, improving development practices, and accelerating delivery of scalable AI solutions. This role ensures consistency, quality, and speed across all AI engineering activities.

This role is contributing to the IS Consumer Experience - Consumer Intelligence

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices for AI solutions
• Lead technical design reviews and code reviews across AI use cases and platforms
• Guide the team in implementing scalable architectures (RAG, agents, orchestration patterns)
• Improve and standardize the development lifecycle (CI/CD, testing, release processes)
• Identify and reduce technical debt, improving maintainability and performance
• Drive adoption of new technologies and engineering approaches in AI
• Mentor team members and support their technical growth

Qualifications for the Role

• Computer science degree or similar
• +5 years of experience in software engineering and system design and hands-on expertise in AI/GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, agents)
• Experience leading technical teams or acting as a senior/lead engineer
• Strong understanding of architecture, scalability, and integration patterns
• Ability to balance technical depth with team leadership and mentoring
• You have valid Spanish work permit
