Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
Engage with customers after contracting to ensure smooth transition and satisfaction
Drive renewal or expansion opportunities at assigned accounts
Conduct issue, opportunity, forecasting, and business reviews
Maintain lead and opportunity records, including next actions and follow-up expectations
Review sales pipeline and performance
Produce performance and forecast reports
Engage in discovery, scoping, and pricing
